About This Course

The Mindfulness in Action Fast-track 6-week Program is available online, enabling you to complete the course from the comfort of your home. Tailored especially for the Executive Assistant community, by a Mindfulness expert (and former EA herself). You’ll enjoy live sessions with your very own ‘Personal Trainer for the Mind’ Sabina, but will be able to access the rest of the course materials at your own pace, when you have time.

Life is busy, so if you’re not able to attend the live online sessions, you can watch catch up sessions and access Sabina. Ask away all the questions you have, with the support of like minded, fellow EA’s who are also wanting to gain valuable tools to help manage the stress and overwhelm of a busy career.

Learn the bite-sized fundamentals of Mindfulness with an initial 4-week program, immediately followed by a fun 5 day challenge to help you implement the practice of Mindfulness. In your final week, access Sabina for a private 1:1 coaching session to finalise your own personal Mindfulness in action plan.
