Join Sabina Vitacca known as ‘The personal trainer for the mind’ as she takes you on a 4 week journey to learn more about mindfulness, the science behind it and how to practice it in your day to day life. Suitable for those who have completed Sabina’s Four Steps to Mindfulness or for those completely new to mindfulness who just want to jump right in.
Mindfulness is about learning to be present in the moment. It helps to retrain your brain to consider and gently influence your thoughts, actions and behaviours. Practiced world over by famous businessmen and sports starts, mindfulness is a practice anyone can benefit from, with practice.
It’s time to invest in yourself and start understanding how you hold the power to make significant changes to your own stress levels, resilience, focus and connectivity with those around you.
Run as 4 x 1 hour webinars, Sabina’s 4 week mindfulness course will leave you will a solid grounding of the concepts as well as all the tools and techniques to start your own mindfulness journey.
